Mariachi Alegre is a 11 piece ensemble comprised of young and remarkably talented musicians with an immense desire to promote the beauty and splendor of mariachi music. This great team called “Mariachi Alegre” consist of Enrique Aragon, David Jasso in Trumpet, Bernie Villagrana, Pedro Jaquez, Luiz (El Torrito) Rodriguez in Rhythm, and Hector Rodriguez, Denisse Lee, Flor Serna, Kevin Telles, Alma Gonzalez and Laura Rodriguez in Violin. Hailing from El Paso, Texas, the members of Mariachi Alegre have been busy this year. They have had the opportunity to travel all over the Southwest, from Tucson Arizona to Odessa Texas, serenading and creating mariachi music lovers. The group hopes to not only influence musicians around their community, but take their music to as many people possible around the country.
